"THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH TERMITES. THEY SWARM EVERY SPRING. My husband and I were thrilled to be renting from this location in 2021 and loved our ground floor apartment (the one under/near all of the model apartments) by the pool. Two months into our lease, we awoke one morning to THOUSANDS of termites crawling, flying, and swarming our apartment. It was apparently warm enough that the nest was ready to swarm. For weeks on end, we dealt with termites swarming - pouring out of our kitchen sink, kitchen island, bathtub, etc. Management was unwilling to treat the nest, instead choosing just to caulk up any holes in the kitchen island to try to keep the termites contained inside the cabinets (where we store our cooking utensils). Three pest control vendors came by and were very kind, talked through what the apartment complex would need to do to kill the 20-30 year old nest and keep the structural integrity of the building. Unfortunately, the management decided to not go with any of their recommendations (they called us after and let us know that they lost the bids), instead recommending we move out if we didn’t like living there. Obviously they just wanted to rent to another unsuspecting family. Given the situation, we took them up on their offer to move out without any financial consequences (other than the personal cost of us moving in two short months prior, and now needing to move again), and got the heck outta dodge. However, now two years later, I have a bill in collections for this rental, and nobody will call me back. This place will rent you an unsafe, structurally unsound apartment, let you live with a termite infestation, invite you to leave if “you don’t like it”, and then send you to collections. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT RENT HERE."

"This place literally has the BEST staff here!! Julie, Antwan and Tayala in the front office give the best attention. They know their residents and take good care of their tenants. The maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE! No matter when, if you have an issue that needs resolved, this team will be there to help you. Chad, Brenden and Shannon give great customer service and actually know how to fix the issues you may be having.
