Broadstone Wren

"I wish I could leave a positive review but my experience here has not been that. Beautiful apartment, however on move in day I had to put in a maintenance request as half of the appliances in the apartment were not functional upon arrival. (Unsure why there wasn’t a final walk-through done to prevent this?) The bathroom sink had a horrible leak, kitchen sink only worked when the faucet was set to hot, microwave handle was broken and they had the entire apartment on one breaker which blew the fuse as soon as anything was plugged in. I am still having issues with fuses blowing when only having a few things plugged in. The unit I rented had never been lived in prior to me but was covered in dust, dirt, paint splatters, and just an overall mess from construction. Trash services are unreliable but you can’t opt out to save your money. I pay to park here yet half of the time the parking lot is full. They have virtually ZERO security cameras, which is extremely upsetting being a woman living alone in a complex that is not gated and has no locks on the building entrances. No cameras in the parking lot either, so you’re on your own if your car is broken into. Extremely disappointing to learn how little this complex cares about residents’ safety, I would not have rented here had I looked into it. Kicking myself for assuming the least. I will not be renewing."

"This apartment community is more than what I imagined. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and I couldn't have been more blessed and happy. I feel safe, well taking care of and cared for here. Emily was exceptional and it was my experience with her that confirmed to me what a great place this was."

"Very professional staff, they attend to any issues in a quick manner. the community is clean. The only suggestion I have is about the coffee machine area close to the offices. The coffee area could be more generous with some variety of tea selection, creamer, sweetener, paper cups and lids, stirring sticks etc...even the less luxurious apartment around have their refreshment game figured out. we do appreciate the ice coffee brewing concept that's a game changer in summer."

She was so personable, friendly, and caring. She answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer- she was quick to get it. Aside from the beautiful and clean appearance of the complex, our experience with Emily is one of the main reasons we moved here. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and spacious complex with friendly and helpful staff- this is the place to move. I’ve lived here for just under a month and plan on being here for at least 2 leases."

"Not only do the Leasing Professionals of Love and Emily being the actual best I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were super nice, VERY efficient I mean fixing issues the same day I brought them up. Able to not only openly have fun and talk with but also able to get me into the apartment on very short notice. Very happy and would recommend the two of these any day of the week. Now about the apartment... Its amazing. I love the design and the appliances and just how everything meshes. For a single person Income, and being one of my first apartments by myself I really lucked out trying Broadstone wren. Amenities galore (Pool/Spa currently being worked on during this Review), and just the ease of moving in makes this easily my favorite apartments i ever toured."
