"NOT GOOD! Went through drive through. Greeted with "what do you want". Got to the window, employee named Dream R did not greet me. She cracked the window far enough to get her arm out to collect my payment. Dream R told me my total was $19.66 I handed her a $20. She then tells me it was not enough.. Then said never mind and accepts my $20. I get my receipt and my total was $23.74! And she didnt even get my drink order correct. I love a discount but this employees customer service is garbage and she is also costing the owner profits as well as a returning customer. I will not be returning to this location. Service that Dream R displays is toxic to a company. I would fire someone that isn't willing to collect the full total. Who's to say that I'm the only one she has "discounted". Customer service is just as important as the product your selling."
"Horrible service and half filled drinks and fries. Went through the drive through for a simple order of 2 fries and 2 drinks. Fries were half filled and drinks were half filled with all foam. "Dream R" had an attitude and gave the impression she didn't want to be there and had no customer service. Felt very unwelcome and will not return to this location."
"UPDATE 2/17: They were kind enough to send me a free meal coupon and then did not accept it because they said it "expired". There was no expiration date in the fine print or hand written. WHAT A JOKE. What a waste of time and gas. - I only come here for custard, so I cannot speak for the food. The custard is good. The problem is that about 1 in 4 trips, the order is wrong, very little add-ins/sauces when ordered, or looks like a 5 year old sloppily made it. Today I paid $6.90 for a regular sized peppermint Oreo shake. I recieved a blob of chocolate and blob of vanilla custard in a cup, not mixed or anything. I was the only one in the drive through and didn't see anyone inside, either."
"This Freddy's seems to always be empty. We went there and it was so clean and the food was delicious. Jacob the manager was very professional and his crew was great! BTW the Chicken Sandwich was delicious!"
"I love the shakes here! If you haven't had a frozen custard shake yet, this is the place to go. For a fast food chain, the food is pretty good. I actually love their style of steak burgers. They're kind of flattened in a weird way. As for the shakes, they only have chocolate and vanilla but they provide a lot of different flavor toppings. So delicious! Service was very nice as well."
