"This Pizza Hut didn't have a delivery driver so they went through door dash, that delivery driver refused to deliver my food to my door and told me to come get it from him. When I got my food the driver said "sorry, I don't do stairs and if I have to one flight is my limit."(no he was not elderly or handicapped). Such awful service and my food was so cold."
"I never had a problem with this store till my last couple of orders. Two different occasions I ordered the super supreme’s. The first time I noticed hey this pizza is uncooked thoroughly. Cost of pizza these I mean common. I went on and cooked it further in the oven thinking new cook. Going to jets pizza my next couple of times. Finally decided I would give the super supreme another shot guess what uncooked, raw dough in the middle, box is like sagging underneath with the weight. Call the store told him hey you guys need more quality control. His reply was that in the future order it well done! What never ever have I had to order a pie well done. That they aren’t having problems with any other pizzas. Turn on the oven and bake it on 350 eight minutes later turned out to be 12-15. Ridiculous!!!"
"Ordered pizza, chicken and other items, and after waiting over an hour called about an update and the lady rude and obnoxiously said it would be almost another hour wait; finally decided to go pick it up. I was missing an item and after eating half the chicken we realized it was still raw, and slimy in some places. Called and waited 10 minutes to be hung up on, called back and was told they would go get their manager. After another 15 minute wait I hung up and called back, waited another 10 for them to answer and was told I would have to be transferred to customer service, so don’t know why I was lied to about a manager coming. At the end of the day this was by far the worst place I’ve ever ate at; RUNNN SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
