"I ordered a delivery 2 hours ago and it never arrived. I called 3 times and got a fax machine. Slice support couldn't help. I called again and was told it was on the way, no apology offered. Called again when another 20 minutes went by and they were closes. Truly disgusting service."

"Picked up some chicken alfredo for my Son. He said it lacked a little flavor and the serving size lacked in my opinion. When I walked into the restaurant I was surprised to see 2 employees sitting with friends at a table. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as an owner/manager I would keep them busy. This may be an owners decision so keep that in mind. When a customer walked in they were quick to get up and handle them."

"Just waiting for my food after a long day of work and.......The kids working last night are either just hanging out in a booth on their phones with a group of friends, dancing behind the counter, one of the girls decided to pick something off her slipper, and then proceeded to handle people's food boxes/money. The lady that clearly was cooking in back had to continually tell them/ whistle at them that there was an order ready. All the while, the tables are dirty, and the women's bathroom was disgusting. 1 girl is talking on the phone to the customer but on her cell phone as well. I wonder how accurate that order was! I just don't get it. I decided to give them another try, but nothing has changed. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. They clearly do not care."

"The edges of the pizza were a little bit burnt which detracted from the overall flavor. Our pizza must have had three pounds of olives. When I asked for olives, I didn't think I was ordering an olive pizza. I almost couldn't tell if it had anything else on it. It was a bit disappointing since we've eaten here before. The per-slice options are good, as are the fettuccine Alfredo, calzones, and chicken parm. The employees are kind and friendly though."

"Husband liked the chicken parm hoagie, I thought it had no flavor. We both agreed the “boneless wings” were rock hard and dry. “12” boneless wings…supposed to be tossed in sauce but sauce was just put in a cup in the bag."
