Papa Johns Pizza

"See update at the bottom of this review. So it's Sunday afternoon Week 1 of NFL football. I want to have a pizza delivered to eat while watching football. I call this Papa John's and the girl tells me the delivery times are 75 minutes to 1 hour. Apparently she does not know there are 60 Minutes in 1 hour. So I said forget the delivery I will come and pick it up. When I get there there are two or three delivery cars in the parking lot I go inside and the manager is standing there talking with two or three Pizza makers and picking his hand. I have dealt with him before and he is a major jerk. This place has gone downhill since he took over as manager. The woman who used to be the manager was awesome but this guy is horrible. Another time I called for pizza delivery the driver after 2 hours took my pizza back and said that he knocked on my door no one answered he called my cell phone no one answered so he brought the pizza back. I said no one knocked on my door or called me and the manager says are you calling my driver a liar? And he was lying and I called him on it because when he finally delivered my pizza on the second attempt he was shaking like a leaf when he handed me my pizza. Wonder how this place would do if they were inspected by the health department? so I ordered a pizza for delivery again they told me it would be 35 minutes it took over an hour and when I tried calling to see where my pizza was they hung up on me 5 times! The pizza is good and if you go pick it up yourself you will be fine but their delivery is horrible! Customer service is terrible! If I could give a minus five stars I would! Management is the worst ever! Update-this Papa John’s has a new manager now and she is awesome. I have had them deliver pizza to me at least two times now and it has gone very smoothly and the pizza was very good. it always has been. It was the customer service and delivery that was horrible with the old manager."

"The delivery was 45 minutes beyond the online apps' estimated time of arrival. The pizza was cold. One pizza was turned over so that the cheese was sticking to the top of the box. Thus could not be eaten as cardboard was embedded into the cheese. Was also not cooked thoroughly. This was a total complete failure at every level. Save yourself the disappointment of even one order. Simply go down to Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza, even though it takes more time, and bake it yourself. In Parker, there is no really good delivery pizza place."

"This PapaJohns is trying to be better. We had a negative experience and they reached out to redeem themselves, which they did. We ordered again last night, and our order was correct 100% and ready at the time communicated for carryout. We will continue to give this place our business and update our review as experiences show consistent accuracy and improvement. We appreciate Monica reaching out and handling this personally."

"This location doesn’t know how to make pizzas. Don’t order from here. I got my half pepperoni/half chicken pizza where pepperoni and chicken both were uncooked. Clearly someone who doesn’t want to work here made this pizza. This is the worst Papa Johns. Gross place."

"This was the worst order we've ever had. Food took over 1.5 hours to deliver, which wasn't the worst issue since it was Saturday night, but food came cold nonetheless. Everything was underdone and doughy. The NY style pizza we ordered stuck to the box and tore apart when we tried to grab slices. The gluten free pizza we ordered was incorrect and missing the one topping we asked for, pepperoni. The breadsticks had literally .001 ounces of garlic parm sauce on them and were doughy in the l middle. I paid for extra garlic sauces and pizza sauce that weren't included in the order. Overall the worst pizza experience we've ever had from any restaurant, and my expectations were already low based on last 3 or 4 orders from this location."
