"The kids that work there are so god awful and rude. Had to wait over ten minutes in the front before anyone said a word to me... My food had been waiting for over an hour and I couldn't check in for curb side but hey maybe their group discussion about what their dreams were like was much more important. Domino's sucks"

"I didn’t receive my order, although the tracker said it was delivered. I called to see why, and the person who answered the phone curtly pointed out that I made a typo in my order on my address by one number. Instead of being kind about my mistake, the person said quite rudely, “We did OUR job. We delivered to the address provided.” While true that the mistake was my fault, a bit of compassion for what was clearly a typo would have been nice. Instead, I was made to feel like an idiot, and since my neighbor apparently has no trouble accepting pizza deliveries they didn’t make, I am left with no dinner for my family. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Stroh Dominos."

"Everything we ordered was pretty gross. One pizza was inedible. We called and requested a refund and they acted like we were trying to scam them for free pizza."

"I made an online order through the app for specific time to pick up my pizzas. Adding a few more people to our kids party we were having I called and added a couple of more pizzas to the order with plenty of time. When I had arrived at the designated time I had selected. The gentleman informed that they had not even started on the order. Whoever edited the order when I called back to add pizzas forgot to send it back through. I purposely gave no emotion or any kind of cue. These gentlemen or fast and efficient very apologetic and took care of me. They owned up to the mistake and still made the pizzas good and fast. I highly recommend this location for their honesty."

"I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff and the food has always been good, however the timing for this location is off. I've had 2 out of 2 experiences where they missed the mark. 1. I ordered a day ahead for about 10 pizzas to be ready by 5pm. As I saw zero progress via text or the app I called about 15 minutes before 5, and they were just prepping. I arrived at 5:05 and waited until almost 5:20 to get them. 2. Ordered for delivery at 4:55. Estimate was 5:25. At 5:30 with no update, I called. They said 45 minutes plus for delivery. I said I'd pickup instead. They said the pizza was going into the oven. I live about 10 minutes away. I arrived 11 minutes later, somehow still in the oven. I got my pizza at 5:50pm. Positive was they did correct the price for pickup and again very good customer service."
