"Doesn't even deserve one star... Worst customer service ever experienced Self check out lady is by far the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. After checking out I asked her what the code was for the bathroom and she told me that she wasn't going to give it to me and I couldn't use the bathroom... I will never stop at the King Soopers ever again."
"I have been having problems with the self checkout lady Kathy for months. She is rude. She is a problem. I was shopping for a person in need when I experienced this. Are you kidding me? She is actively looking for an incident? I went to the self-checkout to finish my purchases. While there, Kathy stood behind me, observing closely. As I scanned items, I encountered trouble with a water bottle. Seeking assistance, I asked Kathy, but she responded rudely, claiming she was too busy and walked away. I waited for her return, and when she finally did, she entered the item on the computer with a hostile demeanor. Despite her attitude, I completed my checkout. As I left, she muttered something and sarcastically wished me a nice day. Curious, I glanced back to find other customers glaring at her. Ignoring her behavior, I reported the incident to management, highlighting her antagonistic conduct, which is evident on the security video if someone wants to correct her behavior. The day was 3/15/2024 at 210pm."
"Poor customer service from Tom or Tim, running the front end on 1-23-24 refused to honor the price on the shelf when the product was stocked incorrectly, which is not the consumers fault he said quote "maybe you should read""
"If you follow my reviews, you'll see that I've provided feedback about a different King Soopers and how that's gone downhill in recent months. Now going to a new King Soopers, I can see that the problems are ubiquitious. Because the store is severely understaffed, every restroom for public use is either trashed or out of order. The self checkout lines are long because not many registers are open. Most of the machines didn't work, and the self check employee was unavailable for some time. The photo included shows a cashier running over to help, but this was only after 5 out of the 6 machines were in the "Assistance needed" status. Shelves have to be restocked during peak hours and you can sometimes barely navigate aisles due to it being crowded already. If you can find or support any other grocery chains, good luck."
