"Honestly, you see a different doctor every time you come don’t make any morning appointments because the doctors never here on time. You can have an appointment for 8:15 and they won’t take you back until 8:40. The whole department is sloppy and not on time"

"Called to check availability of the Beyfortus vaccine for my 5 wk old and was told they had doses and were administering it to ALL newborns, not just at-risk infants under 5 kg with health conditions. I scheduled an appointment to establish care and then called back asking what needed to be done to ensure my baby received the vaccine at her initial appointment. I was told they only needed a pre-authorization from my insurance and to have that emailed to their practice. I called my insurance to request that and my insurance stated that only the provider could obtain the pre-certification because my insurance needed the cpt code that would be billed, the providers npi number, and tax code. They stated that it was not normal practice and not the patients responsibility to obtain a pre-certification. SO I called Denver Pediatrics back, gave them the 800 number to obtain the pre-auth from my insurance and also the information my insurance needed. The front desk lady did not seem to want to do any of this, told me my baby would only get the shot at her appointment if the doctor deemed her eligible (not what I was told in our initial conversation) and then transferred me to someone else, I'm assuming a nurse. The nurse then proceeds to tell me that she checked their "lab" and low and behold - they were fresh out of the vaccine!! "It is so popular and we ran out". I communicated that the receptionist stated they were available 30 minutes ago when I called!? So either they never had the vaccine and were saying that they did to get a new patient OR they didn't want to do the foot work required for the pre-auth. This practice is a joke!!! No wonder they are rated so poorly. Don't waste your time like I did and take your precious children somewhere competent and forthcoming with information."

"Honestly find a different doctor. Never really had a good experience here before or after Dr Lauren was there. The nurses aren't too rude but its always awkward. The billing lady is also very rude. Finally had enough and decided it was time to find a better Pediatrician. After original review they had the nerve to send a "Termination of Care" letter. It was sent 14 hours after the original review. They're more concerned about true reviews than their patients. Trying to get their assistance for any type of paperwork for the kids took weeks to get back from them. But sheesh write a review and they're on top of it. Maybe I should've sent them school paperwork through google. Lets see how long they can procrastinate when it comes to sending our new Pediatrician our childrens records. They said they do it weekly and the papers were sent to them 4/28/23. To get into more detail Sikand was never inclusive to our family. She never took us or the NICU nurses serious about our preemie twins oxygen levels. Basically said we were over exaggerating when one twins oxygen was consistently in the 80's (He ended up being on full time oxygen for over a month.) The personnel was not very personable at all (with the exception of a few. Dr Lauren and some nurses, Diane, Virdiana and Michelle) It was more of a business transaction. You can't even call and ask a basic question about your child to their Pediatrician without them forcing you to make a telehealth appointment and being charged a copay. Money hungry for mediocre care at best. The billing lady consistently messed up how she sent billing to our insurance. After every appointment it was always a back and forth issue between her and the insurance on who was at fault. Our good friend also pulled her daughter out a couple years ago due to lack of care and concern. We should've left then. We recently decided on a clinic a little further south. However, if you're in the area, our friend took her daughter to Every Child up the street from Denver Peds and has had an excellent experience."

"I have 5 children who have been coming here since my oldest was born that's 20 years this year. I loved this clinic but their service has DRASTICALLY in the past 4 years. The NEVER have appointments and physicals forget it after 20 years and spending that past 4 fighting to make an appointment I'm looking for a new pediatric office now as they CLEARLY only care about how many patients they can get bit not service with quality care any longer and loyalty is nothing to them."
