"Dont even waste your time here. Its been 5 times now that i need to hold off for my kids appointments because you are completely booked, and this is calling atleast 1 month- 2 months prior to when i need an appointment. I needed an urgent one when we moved in and i had to wait 3 months. My daughter hasnt seen her provider since she was 3 months and shes almost 9 months now. Its beyond ridiculous to wait 20 minutes on the phone to just hear “sorry we’re all booked until…” providers are great, scheduling and customer service; not so much . Taking my time else where like Kids First, they get them in that same week if not the next atleast; how its SUPPOSE to be."
"Answer the phone! 30+ minutes just to make an appt (have been trying to get it set for a week now, but you know life!) I have hung up as 10th in line, then call back again magically at 7th...have been 7th for 15 minutes now. I dont understand why the front desk employees can't pick up the overflow calls, or there isn't a direct number to them. I recommend you take action today, and set up a better answering system."
"Front desk is not friendly. Scheduling wait time is always 30 minutes or more when calling and when I get told a nurse will be calling me to follow up I never get called."
"I’m giving 3 stars mostly for the doctors!!! Every doctor I have seen her has been amazing …. That’s not the problem it’s getting in and getting an appointment or even same day or next day …. I call at 702 am and it’s telling me they are closed …. To call back between 7-5 !!!!"
"The doctors are wonderful! however, this place is extremely hard to get into, they say that they open at 7AM but they don't turn on the phones! ive been trying to get through to them all morning so i can make my daughter an appointment and i called right at 7am... its it now 7:30 am and i still cant even get through! the recording sayd that the office is still closed and even on the recording it says that they open at 7am,"
