"I had a bad experience here at the women’s health group every appointment I had there was no concern for the issues I was having I would always have a different doctor every time some of them being nice and some of them being very rude my whole pregnancy my water bag was low and there was no concern. I was bleeding and having very bad contractions the day before I gave birth and I called about my concern and when the lady called me back she left a voicemail and I was told I wouldn’t be giving birth any time soon and it’s nothing to be concerned about meanwhile I was 3cm dilated and was about to give birth the next day. I did not go to the hospital they are connected to bc north suburban is equally as bad I went in to st Anthony’s north and delivered my baby boy and had a great experience over there I wouldn’t recommend going to the women’s health group. I now go to st Anthony’s north family medicine and it’s a night and day experience."

"I’ve been going to this practice for years. Specifically, the one that was located in Broomfield. That one, along with many others closed when they consolidated. Made an appointment back in November for my yearly. Couldn’t get me in until the end of January. Did not have a preference since the dr I used to see moved. 2 weeks before my appointment I’m told that the dr isn’t available that day. Now we’re looking at end of April. Absolutely unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this practice!"

"Very good experience with the doctors and midwives. Terrible experience with the office & admin side of things. I’ve been a patient for a couple years and had a baby this summer. Mostly worked with Dr. Madsen but saw all the docs by the end of it and they’re all great. The office/admin issues I experienced didn’t begin until they got taken over by Health One in June 2023. I expected some growing pains during the transition but come my due-date in August there were major issues with scheduling and with the phone system. There were times when I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office for multiple days at a time, and this was via the direct number I was given to call 24/7 since I was pregnant. At one point I was actually having contractions and my info packet said “call this number before going to the hospital” yet nobody would answer. It was a totally unnecessary amount of stress added to what I already had the last couple weeks of my pregnancy. This continued throughout my postpartum experience as well. At one point about 2 weeks postpartum I was experiencing some unnerving side effects and called and called. The phone would just patch me to their after-hours nurse line even though it wasn’t after-hours. (And no nurse would pick up because it wasn’t after hours). It was an endless phone loop for 2 days. I ended up going to my general practitioner instead because I couldn’t get hold of anybody. Even their new portal interface was terrible for communicating with the docs as it didn’t have an option to reply to a message or upload photos or documents. I am hoping they’ve straightened things out by now but I am wary to continue going back and may find a new doc."

"I’ve been going here since I found out I was pregnant. At first it was great, I liked my doctor, I was seen within a reasonable time. The last few appointments I’ve been scheduled with a new doctor every time, which I don’t like. The most recent appointment I waited over an hour to be seen by my doctor, which is ridiculous. I am unfortunately to far along to switch hospitals and I wish I never went here from the start."
