"If I could give this place a 0 star I would office staff can barley speak english they are absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. My husband has been going through a serious health crisis and they do NOT follow up nor are they helpful in any situation. Dropped off a sample the dr requested of my husbabd today and they were not wanting to attatch a label from THEIR office that they needed on there. (one that they did not include in the kit with the others) I said well you need the label on there you have the gloves put it on the bag she said we are not allowed to I said that is just CRAZY you arr taking the sample now?? Why would you not be able to stick a sticker on the bag?? The lazy girl just didnt want to do her job. They sit on their phones more than they actually do any work and dont care about thier patients. Manager is actually very sweet she should start restarting the WHOLE office with people who want to work."

"Some of the drs are professional that’s the reason for 2 stars, besides that this location is dirty and just as run down as the other locations. They make every excuse not to service you for appointments on time walk ins or anything else you may need. And don’t let you walk in around 1pm which seems to be their lunch the female security guard will tell you they won’t help you until they get back but they don’t get back as scheduled at 1 you will have to wait until they get back. Unsatisfactory customer service floor and couches extremely dirty"

"Horrible experience, waited about 2 or more weeks for my appointment & a day before my appt they canceled on me. when I could’ve made another appointment at another clinic instead of waiting to get seen here. Do not recommend! I need an inhaler, it’s not a joke."

"Phone times are horrible. Booked out all the time. Physicians are very overloaded with patients. Stephanie Bradford and her care team with Dr Shrager is fantastic. Receptionist are always friendly as are the nursing staff."

"I actually like this place. I don’t live around there anymore, however I still take the kids there on appointments all the time. This place have a really good patient care and they don’t just rush onto the next person, but they take their time to give their patients the care that they can. They also have a lot of parking spots, no matter what time you get there; don’t worry because they will have a parking spot for you. They have handicap accessibility. So if you are looking for a family care giver, Clinica Family Health in Thornton should be you place. They will not disappoint you, just make an appointment and that’s it."
