"Had problem 5 years ago with this place when front desk staff didn't relay information to the doctor & it caused my dogs death during surgery. I'd vowed never to go back. Yesterday I showed up early for a vaccination appointment at different, nearby Banfield and learned I'd mistakenly made the appointment for this Banfield. I had the nurse call ahead to let them know I was on the way and drove to this location, arriving 6 minutes late. They told me they'd already started on the appointment after mine because that person had arrived early and the best they could do is get me in 1 1/2 hours later. I complained, but they refused to get me in earlier. I've been using various Banfield locations for many years and have rarely had an appointment where I wasn't kept waiting for at least 15 minutes after arrival, yet they are apparently unwilling to deal with a 6 minute delay for someone who has spent thousands of dollars at their business. I'm done with them and recommend the same for others."
