"We have two dogs and a cat and were bringing them here. Care for the animals was questionable. Both times we took our cat there she came out with a major problem. Coincidence? Possibly but we love our animals too much to take the chance. Appointment scheduling is atrocious. You have to wait months sometimes to get in and then they want to separate and not let all three of my animals in at the same time. So we have to make multiple trips. They also do not call to confirm appointments when it's close to the date. Not what I would call a Loving Family."
"We have been using Loving Family since 2014 and have had great care. However, we recently had outstanding above-and-beyond care from a technician named Melissa. Our poodle bichon mix has bad anal glands, and once they are expressed, it can stink badly! Usually, my husband has to make the appointments because, due to a medical condition, I will dry heave or puke if our little guy is in the car with me. However, the last two times, he hasn't been bad. He has been so good that I was able to drive him home with no pukes! I am so thankful for the extra time Melissa takes in wiping our little guy's butt so he won't smell. It has been a really nice relief that I can do the appointments by myself. Thank you, Melissa, for your exceptional work."
"If I could give a 10-star rating, I would. I highly recommend this practice for your pets medical care. They are very nice, friendly, professional and treat your pets with love and care. I had to take my cat in because he had impacted anal glands and inflammation. He’s a big boy and cannot clean himself. They took him to the back to treat him and I could hear the doctor and assistants talking to him; telling him everything would be okay and overall treating him as one of their pets. I truly appreciate this and this is something that’s hard to find! Highly recommended and THANK YOU Loving Care for such awesome service!"
"Each time we walk through the door, the staff is friendly and ready to help with whatever I'm there for, be it an illness or a simple prescription refill. They always know my dogs name when we come in. My favorite experience is the "happy visits" to help my dog be more comfortable with the staff and office. They have worked with me to figure out the best way for her to cooperate and take care of her vetting needs."
