"I called and made an appointment with Ron for an issue we were having with water running into our bottom-drawer freezer (and then eventually freezing, filling the cavity at the bottom of the freezer, which caused additional water to just run out onto the floor). Ron made the appointment, but then also told me some ideas of why the issue might be happening, and how it might be corrected. An online search (at Ron's suggestion) and a bit of elbow grease later, and I contacted Ron to cancel the appointment, as we had the issue (a frozen condenser drain and clogged drain tube nipple) resolved. This was our first encounter with Ron (we just moved to the area a bit over a year ago), and would not hesitate for a second in calling him for any future small appliance issues. What amazing customer service! Give him a call -- you won't regret it."
