Room 2 Room Moving and Storage

"Braxton Miller, the owner helped me with a small move. He said they have a 3 hr minimum but he would only charge me 2 hours which was $285. They moved a bunch of boxes/small furniture into my garage and only took 35-40 minutes. I could tell they were in a hurry to get out of there since they had moved boxes into my garage that were completely open and not even taped yet. They also packed very heavy boxes on top of light crushable containers. Long story short, my 5YO daughter's dresser got moved into the garage with all of her clothes in it so I called Braxton Miller back an hour after they quickly split to see if they could circle back and help me pull the dresser out so I could get her clothing out. He said that he would come back (I would hope so since I just paid him $285 for 35-40 minutes of work!) He never honored his word by returning, never picked up his phone again, and never replied to any texts. I now have to hire another company to come out and help me pull the dresser out from behind the boxes in my garage, which will literally take one minute. Braxton Miller, the owner of Room 2 Room just wants MONEY apparently. NO integrity & his word means nothing- beware of this owner and company!"

"We hired room to room to unload our Pods when we moved from California to Colorado. We had to change dates and times due to the Pods schedule in our area and the city regulations about having the pods parked on the street. Mark at Room 2 Room was very responsive and worked with us to meet our needs. The movers were very hard working, and respectful of our things. They set up our beds and put together our desks and dressers/mirrors. They even helped us try to open one of the Pods that arrived jammed shut. They were also reasonably priced.
