"I lived here for a year in 2022-2023 and overall had a great experience! The apartments are clean, the pool and gym areas are nice and staff/maintenence are helpful. I worked with Jackie during my move in process and she was always friendly and helped with whatever I needed. The surrounding area is quiet, safe and not far from restaurants and highways. Safety is important to me and I felt totally comfortable walking around at night. The only downside would be the rising rent prices at renewal which is why I had to move, but that is a widespread issue all over CO and not just here."
"The overall experience with the staff was top quality. The community is nice, small knit, and very clean well kept. Absolutely love the location convenient to restaurants, retail, pubs, even the dog park. Really appreciated the time that Jackie spent showing us the community, different units and how informative she was. Been here, shy of a month and so far no complaints Definitely happy with the move here. Highly recommend!"
"Genuinely couldn't ask for a better place to rent from! The leasing staff and management are fantastic and super helpful with any problem I've had so far from moving in to small concerns from there. Everyone is so friendly and attentive! The amenities are maintained well, and I haven't had any issue with equipment! Look no further for a great team and a good experience!"
"I took a tour with Jackie today and she made me feel at ease answering all of my questions enthusiastic but earnestly. The grounds were maintained well and 2b2b looked beautiful with lots of light. I still haven't made a decision (was hoping for valet trash) but this is definitely a top contender! If anyone is looking to check this place out. Please ask for Jackie she was wonderful!"
"I am single and have lived here for almost 2 years now. I feel so safe here and I never hear any noise from the other appts. High quality renters too. The office staff and maintenance are like family to me. My favorite person is Jackie in the office for always being there for me. I just adore her. I feel she goes over and beyond and makes everyone feel welcomed. Elliot the head of Maintenance is so nice and helps me whenever I am in need and has a wonderful crew. I highly recommend this property."
