Unfortunately due to illness, I had to cancel my cat’s stay but LouEllen and Yvette were amazing and so compassionate during what was a very difficult time for me. "If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My father has been taking his cats to Yvette and LouEllen for 12+years and he recently passed away very suddenly. Having never even met Yvette or LouEllen (as I'm interstate), they went above and beyond to assist me with everything! Despite not being an adoption centre, they found my Dad's cat a new home and made sure that whatever needed to be done was done! After having experienced such tragedy with my Dad's passing, it was one less thing I had to worry about as I knew the cat was in great hands!!! Thank you Yvette and LouEllen - your kindness, compassion and ability to just make things happen will not be forgotten xxxx"
"Yvette and Lou-Ellen have provided a home away from home for Ollie, my little brown Burmese, for eight years. through holidays, family tragedy and unavoidable work commitments, they have always managed to find a room at the inn, treat Ollie like a member of their own family, and keep a close and well informed eye on his well-being. this is the only cattery you will ever need, unless like me and Ollie you decide to move to Tasmania and need to find somewhere new. i have a feeling nowhere else will ever be as good as Miss U Motel!"
