"Setting up an appointment WITH A ACTUAL PERSON was so easy. The rep who assisted me was so pleasant over the phone. The staff were all so kind and helpful. You even get a text with a link that directs you with a list of what maintenance your car needs with even photos! I can tell the reps love their job and want to help you to come in and get your car fixed. After COVID I know things have gotten rough at a lot of dealerships being short staffed but not at Honda Vista — it was a nice surprise!"
"Walked in just to get pricing on oil change and tire rotation and Jessica helped us. We were really surprised with pricing and decided just to get it done. She came back to us with a few other recommended things and again we felt confident she wasn’t just trying to make us do unnecessary work. Jessica arranged for my transport to and from my home, called me keeping me informed of my car’s condition until a resolution was reached and even fixed the small scratch my car sustained on the freeway from a flying trash can.
