"I liked coming to this place because they were fast and cheap, but they have lost me as a customer because the last two times I have come, I've sat in my car in a line of six cars waiting for them to come out. I even walked in and asked what I should do, and they said "wait by your car for us to come check you in." I waited another 10 minutes, not one car moved, not one person came out to me. TWICE in a row. Forever lost my business."

"I decided to give this Walmart a chance, despite the bad reviews. Oh boy, was I wrong. The first time I went, they said I didn't have an appointment, despite me making one. They re-made my appointment and I went in another day. When I told them I was there for a tire change, some bald guy took care of it. Me and my parnter clearly said to put the new wheel at the front, but for some reason he put it in the back. When we mentioned to him that he installed it wrong, he got angry at us and said that we told him to put it in the back. Uh, no we didn't. So he angrily put the wheel back in the front, while bad-mouthing us to his co-workers the whole time. If you go, beware of the bald guy. He has a bad temper."

"One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Had to drive there to make an appointment because they won’t answer the phone. Parked at the designated spot to get tires. People getting oil changes were checked in immediately. I was ignored for 23 minutes after my appointment time until I went inside to complain. Couldn’t complain because there was no one at the auto care service desk. Three of us waited there. I pressed the call button and still waited. Someone came running in from the garage to check me in. No apology. The worst."

"Wow a ton of bad reviews... I take both of my trucks here and have been for a while now and have noticed more lately how bad they have gotten I was there today and I guess now they are making appointments and not letting anyone in line know what they are doing. So after sitting in line for over 2 hours they let someone cut line saying they had an appointment.But not saying anything or separating the lines. I can change the oil on my trucks myself... Walmart get your shizzle straight..."

"Got my oil changed recently. At first I was discouraged as I arrived 30min before their closing time, per their posted closing time online. Thanks to Hector for respecting and honoring the stores online closing time he did my oil change, regardless of his coworkers negativity. Hector had great customer service and was very down to earth. If you ever go get your oil changed at this location def ask for him. He knows what he is doing and is professional. Thank you again Hector!"
