"Was on the road when my rear CV axle blew out. Very scary situation. This was the closest spot for me and they were able to fit me in surprisingly. They were very cool and comforting about it. They fixed it up and explained everything that happened and I was good to go back on the road. Very professional attitude and service, would definitely trust to go back for any car service needs. "First time at this Firestone repair shop. I came to the shop because my car was running rough on the fwy, and my check engine started flashing. The manager Mark was very understanding of my concern that I was having with my vehicle. After the technician looked over my vehicle. Manager Mark explained to me that I had a P0300, which is a random cylinders misfire. Mark and his technician were able to take a picture of their scanner to demonstrate which cylinders were fault. That was such a big relief to hear and see what they had found to get me back on the road. Creative thinking on their end. It has been a couple of days now, and my vehicle is operating great. I am very happy and confident about their work performance. Thank you."
