"Overall great experience! I have not had a bad experience at Evan's and the guys at the front counter were transparent, nice and super helpful (Diego & Tony). I have a modded out Wrangler, so there are a lot of points to adjust, they did a great job getting it all dialed in and the steering is now great. "The warranty that I paid for my tires turned out to be worthless. I have a tire that clearly has manufactures defects. They would not honor that, I still have more than 50% left on that tire, according to the warranty that the tire comes with. The other tire also shows, terrible signs of defects. The store employee claims it was cosmetic, those cracks are clearly not cosmetic. One of the 4 cracks is almost a 1/4 thick by 4 inches long. Do not purchase from Evans tire and do not purchase Goodyear tires. I found that Costco has brand-name tires cheaper with the Costco names standing behind it. They called this cosmetic"
