"What permanent straightening treatment do you use? More than 1 year ago I had a permanent straightening treatment and it was fantastic, but I don't remember the name of the treatment, I only remember that it lasted about 4 hours and they gave me a shampoo and conditioner that came in a black bottle. I would really like to do it right here again but I don't remember the name of the treatment, does anyone know?"

"Don't remember the lady's name but she was great. It was my son's first haircut and when he got nervous about the clippers she showed him that there was nothing to be afraid of. She also let me keep some of the hair and gave me a bag to put it in. I wish I could have given her a bigger tip."
