"Polished tends to be overpriced, in my opinion, but they do great work. It's not my first option, but they are the only ones I know do a great job on cat eye polish. Kim did a phenomenal job! It's important to know they are a CASH ONLY establishment."

"Grandma is happy with their service! I offered to take her grocery shopping and she said “I want to get my nails done instead. But I don’t want to go to my old place. Can we try something else?” We called Polished Salon by chance since it is nearby. We called ahead to check if they were available for walk in, and they said to come over. She was immediately impressed with how clean and nicely decorated the salon is. Everyone was very sweet and attentive to her. They even helped her adjust the straps on her sandals so it wouldn’t ruin her new pedicure. $60 for a mani-pedi, pretty good value and a good quality job. She said she will be coming back!"

"Honestly a horrible experience. I came here for the first time with my little cousin who had great things to say about the place. I got my usual dip nails and noticed they only did 2 coats and I still paid $50 for my set. I was happy with how they looked but they started chipping literally within a few days. This is absolutely unacceptable for a $50 job. Usually my dip nails last for 2-4 weeks. I was hoping to atleast have nice nails through Christmas and new years. Would not recommend going here, atleast not for dip nails. Maybe that’s just not something they’re as familiar with. But be honest about it and don’t do dip or do them at a lower cost. "Pedicure was relaxing, loved that it was a quite place and there was no loud music/tv/talking. Would have liked a little more foot massage with gel pedicure. They are cash only. Nail color wise have been happy every time."

"Went to this salon a couple of times, first time I went I liked how they did my shellac. I also got a hair trim that day. It took me a while to explain that I wanted a blunt simple trim because my pervious hairstyle was longer on one side, I was a bit nervous, but towards the end the lady cutting my hair finally figured out that I wanted it straightened out. Second and third time I went, my nails were fine, I did dip in. First set was very thick and when I asked to thin it out a little bit I felt very awkward - as if I was asking too much. Second and third time I got dip in, I wasn’t very comfortable with how she did the file job, felt like a couple were very unevenly filed. I think their customer care is great and all the ladies are very nice! Love the ambiance of the place but do feel like the the actual nail part is slightly under delivered."
