"Had to visit this place as I needed a last minute mani and this place was open until 7:30 PM. Wonder if these people are even qualified to handle human nails. This place is unhygienic, seats worn out, nail dust floating like pixie dust. First thing, they did not know how to professionally remove my powder dip nails. The first lady tried using a nail grinder and went TOO HARSH on my cuticle. Another lady replaced her, who tried to be gentle but tried dipping my whole hand in 100 percent acetone ( without buffing nails ). They do not have Vaseline or something to protect your fingers from the drying acetone. She cut my nails but pulled my cuticle with the nail cutter so hard that my FINGER BLED. No worries, she immediately put some powder like thing on it and apologized. I showed her what I wanted ( black ombre on nude nail) which she said she can do. She took a brush and applied black glitter on the nail ends with harsh lines. I asked her to get a sponge and create an ombre effect. No! I had to ask her to remove everything and give me a simple French nail end to fix the mess ( She charged me extra 10$ coz it is French tip ). Got Billed 60$ for the mess. Before you go, check my "French tip" nails and go if you still have the nerve."

"With my short nails.... they definitely did a great job. I forgot the lady's name who did it for me, I think her name is Shanice or Denise, but she's at the front of the Salon, and she did my nails in the front and she did a great job! Especially with My weird fingers, and short nails."
