"TSA Pre-Check is a joke here. Very unprofessional, just terrible. I drove here 1.5 hours rushing trying to get here on time, only to be told that the individual clocked out early. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? This individual could have send a notification or something to notify those “scheduled” for an appt. I can’t believe how much time and resources I’ve wasted only to be told “he’s gone for the day”.
