"When I didn't choose to buy anything I was told not to come back...simply bcuz I was a first time customer was not rude and said nothing even after the head honcho defended his junk .....outside of facility looks like a homeless encampment hangout...don't see him being in business much longer unless torrance deems this place reputable .very unhygienic open food packages and sharp objects just waiting for a lawsuit...do not waste your time you'll thank me on this one."

"Has gone WAY downhill since the new owners took over. A lot of the FABULOUS FINDS are pulled out, put in the front of the store, and priced differently. PLUS, their daily prices went up..... :( by the time Wednesday comes, the bins are mostly full of trash. Does anyone even clean them out anymore? Of course I still go there. The hunt is motivating. I'm hoping they'll pull it together to get back up to a 5 start rating"

"The staff is incredibly rude. This place is not worth going to it all, first of all, they’re very unorganized. Say for example you’re there in the morning, there’s no set line so someone can just come come in front of you and go in. Next, there’s a lady that works there, she stands at the door, she starts yelling at people, incredibly rude. Never in my life have I seen employees treat a customer like this. They are literally ready to fight, you can’t even smile at them or ask a question. They act like they’re the US Border Patrol at the Mexican border. This is ridiculous. the merchandise is mostly returns, so it’s broken. However, you can’t open the boxes and if you do they start yelling at you!! the employees that walk in between keep checking what you have and turn their heads, so stuck up, and then they start taking merchandise that’s valuable, and putting it back into the storage room- saving it for the week after? If you’re gonna go there, you need to keep in mind that you’re not gonna get the best things. They do have a lot of good deals, there is some things that you can buy there that are worth more outside, but anticipate having items that are broken. So with the loss and broken items and what you’re gaining, there’s not much of a difference from what you’ll get when buying it elsewhere on sale/clearance. Personally, I don’t think the place is worth it. If the staff was nice, I wouldn’t go back either. But the staff was incredibly rude, it made the whole experience horrible, which is why I gave this place 1 star. Maybe learn customer service before acting like this?"
