"Can't stress enough, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART! Went in to grab a few items that were in lock up and ended up waiting 30 mins (!) with no one arriving to unlock the case. I and 6 other people approached 3 separate employees for help, and they said they would get someone and no one bothered to come over. The employees we even started bypassing walking by the aisles so they didn't have to deal with the issue. We even addressed the fact that the "call for help terminal" was gone in the aisle (F13) before the employees abandoned us and one employee told us,'Yeah, they removed it because too many people wanted items out of lock up." This location doesn't care about anyone that walks in the door and seems to prefer you go somewhere for your needs. I for one will 100% do that from now on."

"This Walmart has a pick up system that usually goes smoothly and quickly. This time I went the Saturday after Black Friday and it was crazy. Customers were using the pick up parking lot as parking spaces for in store shopping. The employees handling the pick up dept. were very courteous and apologetic about a situation that was not their fault. I commend them for keeping their cool."

"I went to Walmart in Torrance last night and bought groceries. When I came home, I checked the receipt. I found out I bought 86 bananas, which was 1 for 25 percent. Then, a casher overcharged me for $21.50. I only bought 11 bananas. I was surprised that casher counted bananas for 86 pieces instead of 11 pieces of bananas. I was disappointed that the casher overcharged the bananas. Anyway, the next day, I went back to the Walmart. When I went inside of the store, a lady greeted me with a smile. She was a host who checked customer's receipts. And her name was "Hazel." I explained that I was overcharged for bananas, and I wanted to get the money back. Unfortunately, the customer service was closed, so I needed to come back tomorrow. I told her that it was hard for me to come back tomorrow. Then, she talked to the customer service and helped me to get my refund back. I was impressed that she went the extra mile to help a customer. I really appreciated her kindness and caring about customer's needs. I liked the curb side pick-up service. It was convenient that pick-up areas were in front of the store, so you didn't need to go inside the store. If you stayed in the car and called their number, they would bring your order to your car. I have been to another Walmart store, but this Walmart store is the best store. I recommend this Walmart store because they offer low prices and they have excellent customer service."

"Today I purchased a TI-84 calculator which rang up for $139. When I realized I was overcharged, I took the item to the customer service area and showed the cashier the picture of the signage that said the calculator was on sale for $110. The cashier left and came back with a picture of a higher priced item saying it was the one that was on sale. I explained the signage for that was not on sale and she shrugged her shoulders and said the calculator for $110 was sold out. I talked to the cashier standing beside her and he confirmed what I explained. The signage was 4 months outdated AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN SIGNAGE. The manager who was extremely rude and was agitated offered me STORE CREDIT on an item I paid for with cash. Target would never!!"
