"We had a combo boiler that went out a couple of months ago. Numerous parts were replaced to no avail. I had a sit down talk with Malachi & we agreed to try one more part, which lasted about 5 days. Malachi calls you back when promised. He makes sure you're ok by checking to see. My husband has been ill & we're seniors, I greatly appreciated Malachi did. We ended up with a new system & as promised it was here in 24 hours & installed in one day. The installer, Sawyer arrived at 9:00am & worked immensely alone pulling out the old unit. He was informative, patient, and worked none stop. In the afternoon 2 other installers came & assisted Sawyer. All were nice guys, working til 6 at night. Malachi did he could to help us knowing our circumstances. They are definitely " NICE GUYS"."
