"Y'all. Just no. The place is absolutely disgusting. The lobby will be your first indication that this isn't the place you want to stay. From there you will find the associates who are so disassociated from their disgusting work place. I was checked in for maybe 40 minutes before I was asking for a full refund. Which the establishment glady gave me since their hotel is overrun with German cockroaches. They were running around the entire room. I all but ran from the hotel and my escape would've been quicker had I not literally gotten stuck in the elevator on my way out. The front desk associate had to get me out of the elevator without so much of an apology. I'd be a lot more mad about the whole situation if it wasn't so absurd. Save yourself the hassle and find a better hotel"

"Don't stay here Some highlights from my and my friend's one night stay at this hotel: There were no key cards, we were told the key card system was down, we had to be let into our room each time. There was a gap in front desk management where no one was on duty. We got stuck in the elevator trying to go to dinner, the front desk didn't answer when we tried to call, we had to ring the alarm button several times and call 911 to get to the fire department. An employee finally got us out, and then said only 2 people were allowed in elevator at a time, but there was no signage anywhere. "Breakfast" was light coffee and stale muffins on a rickety cart that was falling apart. In the first room we were put in, the bathroom light did NOT work, we had to move everything to a different room because they did not have bulbs to replace the burnt out one OR they were just too lazy to fix it at the time. Our neighbor right next door was blaring loud music at 1230am at night and hotel staff did not enforce any kind of quiet hours. Also when my friend plugged in her phone charger the outlet sparked. Yikes. We're working on getting our money back. We stayed the night because what were we going to do, sleep in our car?! Ridiculous. Currently getting the run around from Priceline, hoping this is resolved soon."

"This place is horribly ran. We came to check-in and there was no front desk person at all for 15 min. When they finally showed up they said it'll be an additional 30 min before they can finally give us our room before disappearing to somewhere else. Not the first time I've had issues here before. Previously the door keys didn't work, so whenever I wanted to leave and come back I had to get the front desk to open my room door. Let us not forget that room was full of cockaroaches. NO MORE WITH THE PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I travel pretty much every weekend and this hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and if it hadn’t been so late I would’ve gone somewhere else. We did not complete our stay and finished out our trip at a different hotel. Lobby, doors, elevator and rooms were very dirty. The elevator sounded and looked like it was about to fall apart and apparently had gotten stuck with 2 people in it prior to us checking out. The key card machine had been out of service the entire week and when we checked in the attendant said that he would have to let us in our room every time which made menu uncomfortable. The rooms was dirty. Lights didn’t work. Sink had grime in it and the bedding was questionable. When we went to check out early, the attendant would not provide me with a check out receipt since our stay hadn’t finished. I am now fighting to get my money back for at least the remainder of our stay. We booked a much nicer hotel for a 1/3 of the cost per night of this one. 0stars if possible and terrible customer service."

"Good price with the promo code. The room had clean sheets and bedding but everything else was dirty. There was visible dirt and dust on the floor. There were crumbs and stains on the counter. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter. Roaches were crawling all over the floor. We bought trash bags and bagged our belongings in them to make sure we didn’t bring any roaches home with us. We got to town and checked in late so unfortunately it wasn’t an option to change hotels at that time. If I could do this trip over again, I would not have stayed there. I would’ve opted for the slightly more expensive hotel options to feel more clean."
