"As a member of a committee planning a conference here, we have been throughly impressed with the chefs menu choices and quality of food. Everything is made from scratch. Being able to meet the varied dietary needs and restrictions of our international and US based attendees is a high priority for us and the staff here at the Omni. We continue to look forward to working with them."
"Rooms were very clean but the only downside was that our room had a broken water line to the sink which leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The shower faucet knob was closed super tight because the faucet was also leaking. The fitness center only had one working treadmill. However, the staff were super friendly and kind and helpful. They responded quickly to the bathroom issues. The hotel was right near the train stop which made it very convenient for traveling and everything was nearly within walking distance."
"What a beautiful hotel to stay at. We got a lovely corner room that faced the port in the harbor. The view was spectacular. The service was above reproach. Anything requested was made available in under 10 minutes. The food and the drinks downstairs was so good.coffee in the morning, baked goods to the restaurant and bar at night. It was all very nice."
"This hotel is located well for business conventions, but the rooms need a serious make over. My bathroom had a leaky bath faucet, which you could hear and is such a waste. The floor tiles were missing grout. The bathroom mirror was old, broken and poorly fixed. Carpets need a good wash. Every morning i could hear my neighbors turning on water. I just can't believe how much they charge for these out dated rooms. I checked in another nearby hotel after a 2 night stay at omni. The other hotel was so much better and half the price. Even though it is convenient to stay at Omni for work, I won't be coming back. Too many nearby hotels with better rooms."
"Omni SD is my family’s new favorite downtown SD hotel. Everyone who works there is friendly, positive and real. When we arrived, we were given 4 free hot chocolate chips and 2 drink vouchers. The kids LOVED the hot cocoa! We went back and back and back again. The food is absolutely excellent. Fresh, local ingredients made for the best berries I’ve ever eaten. My kids asked if we could come back next weekend and I’m considering!"
