The Floor Store

"I have visited this location two times. The first time was to look at samples of flooring and trim pieces. I was sent to this location by a salesman from another store. Told when i arrived the samples were wrapped up on a pallet in the back and it was not their job to unpack them. So i was only able to see the product online. My second trip was to pick up the order of flooring. Which had been transferred up from the other store and sales person. Even though i confirmed my arrival day and time with the sales person. When I arrived at the store, i was first told they had no one to operate the forklift. Then i was told the product was not there. So I left. Fifteen minutes later I was told to return, that the product had been located. When i got back to the store. The flooring was sitting outside and the person who said they didn't have anyone to run the forklift, was running the forklift! Shocking!. This entire fiasco cost me 2 hours of my time and they still didn't have everything. I know its old school of me. But i prefer not to do business with people who lie to me. Go To LL Flooring instead next time. I can only hope the owner of this company reads this and retraining is required for all managers and sales people. As for me, I wont be back!"

"I went into The Floor Store Santa Rosa in a pinch. The flooring I had ordered from a different store was supposed to be delivered that day, only to find out that it was not to be delivered until some time in the middle of the following month. Needing to have the flooring installed to begin moving into the new house we had purchased meant I needed something ASAP. I called and spoke with their salesman Damian. He assured me he had plenty of stock to come and look at, each with significant inventory I could leave with that day. When I got there we was so helpful and attentive to my needs. He showed me several different options and explained all the pros and cons of each in great detail. He got right to figuring out what items he could get me with the Amount that I required in the time frame I had to work with. In the end, I left with flooring that was a color I liked better than the one I had purchased from another store, flooring that was higher quality with a better wear layer, and at a better price. Damian truly saved my family's Christmas and I am so thankful to him and all the people at the floor store Santa Rosa. If I was able to give them 10 stars.i would! Thank you so much!"

"I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Robert Hager was so easy to work with. He took his time and educated us on the best floors for our lifestyle. We did go with the more expensive floors, but It'll be worth it in the long run. Robert's education and knowledge is incredible. He was not pushy and let us make the right decision for our family. I recommend anyone that's interested getting new floors or carpet talk to Robert. Gustavo the installer was great as well. Very kind and nice.
