Very disorganized staff. I've visited many harbor freights all over the state. This one needs some classes on atmosphere. Cashier was pleasant."

"Beware of the three month warranty on some products. I purchased a sander and apparently the warranty period is only three months. Within six months it would not turn on. I brought it in, with the receipt, and they would not replace it unless I paid a fee of 40% of the original purchase price. I haven't even finished the project I bought it for yet.."

"This is a fairly small Harbor Freight store, but they pack a lot into a small space. If you don't find what you are looking for right away, be sure to ask. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been shopping here for a couple years, and will continue to do so. 2022 I recently needed to update my solar charging system for backwoods use. Everything (and more!) that I needed was on the shelves. I actually bought too much, and had a fast, friendly, very efficient return experience. Big sale, but I forgot to show my coupons... No prob, supervisor was able to redo everything from the computer. I didn't even have to bring everything back in from the truck! Thanks! It pays to look at the sales!"
