"Went in there to test out fragrances, nice selection.. my favorite was the 1 million Royal.. the elderly woman told me they are constantly being stolen from display. She watched me like a hawk... I couldn't even walk around without her staring me down and following me... While she was helping me smell them. Extremely uncomfortable to be stared at like a thief.. that's the best way to make somebody not purchase something. Totally killed my vibe I just wanted to leave."

"I hate that they don't have shopping carts or baskets. School &/or Christmas shopping for five kids is so stupid when you have to carry everything on one arm. I suppose a bonus is the workout I get walking 600 miles throughout the random placement of everything while lifting, balancing and carrying 274 lbs of toys and clothes. Like come on you guys, it's 2023, get it together."

"I have got more good deals at the home store at various Macy's over the years, this year I got a new coffee maker and high quality roasting pan for $40 bucks. Now is a great time to stop by."

"Store had so much variety and because it’s in California the location had an array of jackets and vests, which Texas usually lacks hence the weather differences. But this Macy’s location had so much for each department including toys and gifts for this time of the year(holidays). Staff in the cosmetics and jewelry departments were attentive and asked if we needed assistance and wasn’t just standing in their areas on their phones or anything. They were also very knowledgeable in their areas from perfumes to makeups to jewelry. The store is never packed when I shop mainly cause I go mid morning when I expect the least amount of people to be there. Overall this store is great and well stocked and very clean and organized."

"With all the entrances and exits And the huge selection of things that they sell; bedding, bathroom, crystal,and beyond but they don't have even have carts not even for disabled people like myself so I'm hobbling around with my cane trying to carry my belongings plus Previously and intended purchases so constantly dropping things having to bend over and pick them up and a sales representative accused me of stealing twice and then she followed me Throughout the rest of my visit there even as I was at the jewelry counter consulting with some nice associate over sapphire earrings. All of the associates I dealt with when I was able to find one aside from the 1 accusing me of stealing!!!no help whatsoever and gave me no Guidance on how to Regain my Macy's credit card after my wallet was stolen which was reported and somebody maxed out my Macy's credit card everyone that I talked to just seemed annoyed at having to deal with it. Hotel Collection Turkish luxury towels are the only reason that even bothers still going there"
