"Called to have a battery put on hold because I have a two hour commute to get to the store. The Manager Will told me he had 3 in stock and no need to put on hold. After asking three more times he finally said okay and sighed! Then asked for my name and Number. He then asked for my last name and I told him the initial. He insisted that I had to give him my last name. I told him that was not necessary I gave him my initial instead. He then shouted he would not put it on hold if I didn’t give him my last name. I told him that he was being rude and unnecessarily aggressive and that I would take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this local based on my experience with Will."
