Following a terrible time with the delivery company who stated that rearranging delivery of our mattresses would take a week and nothing could be done to change that, Mark went above and beyond to make sure we received it next day. The store is still pretty good with a lot of clothing, household items, shoes, small appliances, kitchen cookware, etc. This is one of the best Macy’s in the area. While they are an okay option, the overpricing and overrated reputation may deter those seeking a more budget-friendly and value-conscious shopping experience. The apparent disparity between cost and value gives me reservations about returning in the future."
