"I tried to order an e-gift card - whenever I went to check-out, it would say”this order cannot be picked up” - wasn’t trying to pick anything but send an e-card. I called customer service after three tries and she said she could not help with an e-card. Useless."
"The clothes are attractive, colorful and a bit on the expensive side ($159.00 for a blouse) but I feel you get value for the money. The reason they get only 3 stars is because the smell of candles and/or potpourri is so dominant and pervasive, we both had headaches by the time we left with our purchases. If I want any more of their clothes, I'll have to buy them online as I won't go back into that over scented store again. It's not worth a migraine."
