"I experienced two accidental cuts from the nail tech during 2 different session. She tried to remove the gel on my skin my pulling it with a nipper my skin came off and started bleeding. I anticipated a higher standard of service from a salon that positions itself as high-end."
"I've been here several times, but didn't have a great experience this time. They knew my assigned technician was running late and they took a walk in instead right after me and put her right in, I ended up waiting about 35 min. When my tech finally got in, she bumped into my leg and started laughing almost uncontrollably. My nails are crooked and the gel has bubbles, not sure how it is going to hold up. She didn't paint to my cuticle so it won't last long anyways as my nail grows out. What was supposed to be a treat ended up being an uncomfortable experience, not worth the cost. Won't be coming back."
"First experience with a pedicure and skin was cut too close. I started bleeding and the nail tech put my skin back in place. I am still in pain from the bleeding. I thought the pain would subside after a few hours but it didn’t. Designs were nice though.."

"This is a long over due review from me, a loyal customer of over 4 years. The service is always great and consistent, the experience is never less than relaxing and worth what you pay for. Sometimes it is a hassle with the younger front desk girls because they don't smile or make the experience any better , but all nail techs are super sweet and patient. I have taken all my friends and family here when I want to treat them , and they have all loved it. Ava is my favorite, I usually only make my appointments with her. She remembers you, always suggests nice colors if you're in between two and takes her time to do a great job. Keep up the good work!"
