"I would never go here again or recommend this place, Pam is very rude unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She changes the price from what she quotes you and does a substandard job if that, she treats the people she works with very bad as well, I know this because she does it right in front of clients."

"Well... they do a standard job, BUT once my head was in the sink, I was informed there would be an additional $60 charge due to the length of my hair. Since we live in Carmichael and were already there, I agreed, but I wasn't thrilled. She did a standard job on the keratin, but was constantly trying to up-sell me on the services and products after telling me she was taking her daughter shopping later that day. It was a little too much. I don't like to be pressured to buy products when I go into a salon. Especially after I tell the stylist I already have the EXACT product they're trying to sell me and they continue on as if they don't believe me. (Its a 10 keratin leave in) I didn't like the sales pressure or the price increase. It should have been communicated over the phone that longer hair would be a price increase. So I won't be going back. Too far and unprofessional communication."

"I love this Salon!!! Pam is awesome, modern, hip, down to earth, reliable, friendly. I can go on and on. Pams the owner she takes care of you, she really cares. she even went above and beyond to make sure I had something to drink and see if I needed a hot treatment for my hair because the ends were a little bit fried... she went above and beyond to make sure that the color was something I wanted to get and made sure I knew it was going to look like. I actually visited the salon because my hairdresser was going to highlight my hair and it's a family friend and she allowed her to bring me into her Salon. To use a station for the day which is really nice of her and I just fell in love with this Salon. It's in a great location, parking is excellent and the owner Pam is very accommodating. she really takes care of her customers. we plan on doing bialage ombre when I go back with some pink and I'm very excited to see how it turns out. and what I love about Pam is she super hip and she knows all the new Styles all the new colors has all the new products. she was even showing me products that she can get me at a discount to help my hair grow long and stay healthy... I just adore her. I really recommend a salon if you don't have a really good hairdresser and she's even open late she's open on weekends she seems like the accommodating type that would come in and do your hair just if you needed it done for an event because you needed it done that night and THAT is the kind of hairdresser I personally need and want. Lol. 5***** :)"

"My husband and 2 boys get there haircut here by Rich the Barber. He's been cutting my husbands hair for over 10 years. He is really great at fading, tapers, and side parts. Basically all the new hair styles that teenagers and cool kids are getting these days. He also gives really nice line ups and is really good with a straight razor."
