"I come here regularly since moving to Elk Grove. Have tried other shops but the pedicure/manicure does not last. Always a nice relaxed experience, great results, and pleasant staff. Jenny does a fantastic job on my gel nails. Still come back. I have gone to other salons, due to the fact that I am out of town or state and they never seem to be done to my satisfaction. I return to Hollywood Nails when I get home, and am always satisfied with service and results."

"I went in for a pedicure but instead of soft feet I got really bad cuts on my big toe. The lady was nice but was working too fast and scrubbing too hard. My big toe got layered cuts as if it got grated. Massage on my legs was too hard also walked out of there with legs being sore. Not to mention they ask you to tip... I am a tipper and even tho I received poor service I did tip but I find it highly unprofessional to request a tip for mediocre service. Not recommended."

"Maybe I had an incompatible technician, but my pedicure wasn't completely worth it. It was very close to perfect, and she was inquisitive on my preferences, so I'm satisfied. I like it when they know to go under every nail and scrub until you're soft as a baby. So close"

"The first time I went there about 6 months ago, the male worker did an excellent, professional job. However, every time I've been there without an appointment, I've drawn younger female workers who seemed to have less and less experience. The last time was Saturday 11/11/17, when I only got a pedicure. After clipping my toenails, they were not filed, a noticeable issue on one toe wasn't even addressed and when I asked if they had wi-fi, she said "Yes and I held my hands upward to indicate what is it, she said "it's at the register" and nothing else. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!"
