"There has been a slight improvement in customer service. I still shop there, even though human resources refused to hire me. I can't even apply for a job there anymore they blocked me from filling out an application online because I complained to an outside source. Of course I don't care to work there anymore, haven't for several years. And look, I'm giving them my business by spending money constantly in their store. They missed out on a hard working, non lazy, considerate, loyal employee. They couldn't and wouldn't tell me why. Even a kind employee was confused why they wouldn't hire me, when she went to ask , she came back with a disappointed look on her face. She was mature aged like me. That was one time when they needed help during the holiday season and giving same day interviews. I suspected someone slandered my reputation."

"We somehow forgot about an item laying on the bottom rack of our shopping cart — perhaps we didn’t notice bc our cart was completely filled lol. So, we were fully prepared to buy another of the same item, two days later when we realized we forgot it in the parking lot. We swung by the service desk and they had one for us! Preston went above and beyond to check with staff members for our item. This Target staff is cool in my book!"
