"New owners, beautiful renovations, new staff. The new staff is where the problem lies. This used to be my regular spot but I hadn't been in months. Came and there were new owners but the old staff was still there and did a great job. Fast forward to a week ago. I went and there is new staff including a man who did my pedicure. I am 6 months pregnant so I wanted to treat myself since my feet are beginning to swell. Well, big mistake coming here. The man who did my pedicure cut me several times while cutting my cuticles. He roughly yanked at my skin and I jumped and said ow and he just smiled and kept working. When he put on the lotions it burned on my cuts. Not a relaxing experience at all. Attaching a pic today, a week later and the scans are visible. Won't be back."

"cozy spa and nails just renovated and has completely refreshed and revamped the entire place!! there is new ownership and she is spectacular and even did my manicure herself. everyone is professional, friendly, and talented. i was so impressed the first time i went in (prior to renovation) that i kept coming back, and have for months now, and have never left unsatisfied. the pedicure chairs have incredible massage functions and all the tools are always sanitized and clean. there is relaxing music, a large tv, electronic check in service (with points for discounts!!) and best of all, wi-fi is available as well - a must have for watching your favorite shows during services. i cannot recommend this place highly enough and they always have just the right amount of staff to handle everyone. my favorite part is that they do my manicure and pedicure at the same time but everything still turns out as perfect as if they were to be done separately. make sure to check them out!! "
