"After having extensive water damage due to a busted water heater, I was glad that I decided to use Servpro. The damage included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. From the initial contact with Eric to the finishing touches, I was impressed with the various departments and their professionalism. Eric was very thorough and reassuring. Abraham and his staff were efficient in packing out my furniture and belongings. After the drying out process with constant monitoring, floors were removed, lower portions of walls were removed and kitchen cabinets were removed. The office staff always called to inform me of who would be out the following day. They were on time, professional and polite. The people who returned my furniture from the pack out were so careful and the gal who cleaned everything ( walls, floors and mirrors) was excellent. Tawny kept everything moving smoothly. Under the circumstances, it was a positive experience."

"Hands down, one the best, and most professional groups of people I have ever worked with in my life. I had a very unfortunate and unsettling event happen to my Truck, when someone I left the truck with for maintenance, left windows down, and rats got inside the cab and made themselves at home for about a week. The amount of feces, and urine, throughout the entirety of the crew cab truck, was enough to make most people vomit. Knowing that this could pose a SERIOUS health risk, but being completely lost as to what I should do with my nice truck, I called Serve-Pro, and my ANGEL answered the call. Amy Bauer, was extremely knowledgeable and explained step by step what I was up against. What my options were. How it was going to be done. How long it would take etc. She dealt with my insurance company, and the shop in which I took the truck to, for a complete strip of interior and Bio -Hazard cleaning. SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! Not only was she extremely professional, responsive, thorough, and forth coming, but she was very empathetic. I dealt with some, not so professional people, during this situation, but I will say, If every office, and their employees, no matter the business, worked as hard as Amy Bauer, and all the other staff at Serve Pro, that I spoke with did, the world would be a better place!! Not only did she do "her job" but Amy went above and beyond, many times, and also kept in contact with me throughout the entire ordeal of getting my truck put back together, just to follow up.
