Purl Apartments at Civita

"We have lived at Purl for just over three years now, and have no intentions of moving elsewhere. Are these the cheapest apartments in SD, no, but you certainly get what you pay for. Having shopped around to many different "comparable" properties, nothing quite stands up to the quality of life that Purl provides. The office staff starting at the top with Genevieve and Vanessa, plus all of the amazing leasing agents, are always friendly and attentive to our minimal needs, or if we just feel like popping in for a dog treat or to simply say hello. Just another added benefit to the incredible amenities that are included on-site. We have gyms, sauna, rock climbing wall, golf simulator, multiple pools and game rooms. It really is incredible the amount of fun you can have without leaving. Very kid friendly, as well as dog friendly. There is Civita Park right across the street, with a splash pad and giant playground, plus two dog parks. We also have the new children's play area in between the two buildings, as well as a new turf dog park that is always clean and well maintained. If you are looking for an amazing, safe, quiet place to live, you have truly found it in Purl. We really appreciate our community that we call home."

"I've lived at Purl going on two years now. It was and is one of the nicest complexes I've looked at in San Diego. The amenities are great, the complex is always clean and the neighborhood is the BEST. So many things within walking distance, farmer's markets on Saturdays, a brand new LA Fitness right behind us. It's also central to everything in San Diego. My six year old daughter and I LOVE living here."

"Purl is such a fun place to live! The events they have here are so different and the coordinator always does an amazing job. Most maintenance we needed was done by the next day. There is always a smile waiting for me when i go to the office. There's always issues wherever you live what is important is when it's addressed promptly and fairly."

"Having lived at Purl for nearly 2 years now I decided it's time to leave a 5-star review. Not only is Purl by far one the nicest apartment complexes not just in San Diego but that I've ever been to in general.. and more so, the whole Civita community is AMAZING!! Yes, there are issues here and in the beginning I was annoyed here and there, but after having been to many other complexes and gained some perspective I will say that there are issues anywhere and in most other places they are way, way worse. At least here at Purl (and the neighboring building's leasing offices) the staff is incredibly nice and actually cares about its residents and the issues, and also as has been mentioned by others, the maintenance service is absolutely top. Super nice, fast and fixing anything you ask. You have access to a TON of amenities, multiple lounges and rooftops, 5 or so pools and hot tubs, sauna, 2 gyms,... and the nicest park right in front of your door. I've come to really love living here and can't recommend Purl and the whole Civita community enough!"

"Civita/Purl is hands down the best apartments in Mission Valley. I've lived in several other communities but none of them compare to Purl. Not only is the entire complex stunning but all of the amazing people in the leasing office, special shout out to Genevieve & Amanda, are always so nice, helpful and responsive. Narciso and the maintenance crew there are the best in the biz. I lived in Civita for close to ten years and only left because my family and I moved to Colorado but 10 out of 10 recommend Purl to anyone in San Diego. Go upgrade your living situation ASAP!!"
