"The clinic staff are most aggressive and unprofessional staff. It has been 5 years I am taking my children here but always I got disappointed and felt embarrassed. They are not respectful with patients. Their waiting time is high and if you ask them about how long it will take to get done they behave rude and aggressive."
"I found the staff of this medical center very very aggressive. They have never been nice with patients. I visited three time this medical center for my sons, I have very bad feeling from the staff. The children are checked by nurses only not by MD. last time I visited for my son, the front desk said your appointment was dismissed, without any prior communication or information. These people are not professional and are very bad from my point of view. I offer only ZERO star!!!!"
"Worse place you can take your children. They force teens to be grouped into the same exam room as their siblings. Wait time are extremely high. Urgent care is way fast. you can’t schedule sibling to be at separate times in the same day."
"The PAs that see my daughter are great and are very attentive. The front office staff, not so much apparently. After work, I tried to call to inquire about vaccination records for my son's school. They closed their phones an hour early. The answering service put me on hold, called the office and told me they reached staff and said it's ok to walk in and get a print out. I show up and it turns out they decided to close up an hour early - because one of their staff members shouts at me from across the street they were closed. I reminded them of their posted operating hours yet i guess it's still my fault? Incredible."
