"Trying to get through to a person is difficult. Even when you know the numbers to push. The ladies who make the calls are horrible. So often I can't understand the message. For each call I have gotten 5 different calls for same thing. The portal has been down more than up. The Docs don't use it like they could."
"Fast, clean and the nurses were nice and knowledgeable. The doctor we got was good but pushy, its interesting how you come with a particular concern and leave with other thoughts. I know it's their job but I dislike that vaccines are always the #1 priority. If I bring a sick child in, there's no way I wanna put something in their body for their little body to fight against...just my 5 cents"
