"There is a very rude person, who said me: “Be gone!” at the end of conversation, when I tried to help one women who is not able to schedule her appointment oh her own. The person (she) probably didn’t understand that I can hear that she said: “Be gone!” because she transferred me to another line. But I heard it. I’m not get upset very much, but still feel disrespected."

"І once came to the laboratory for a blood test for cholesterol, directly from the doctor. I thought of scheduling a blood donation for another day, but the computer recorded it for 2 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day. They invited me a little later, but I managed everything in one day. I even bought some pills at CVS nearby. Unbelievable."

"I went in this afternoon to get some neck X-rays, I was in there a few months back for lower back X-rays. The folks are so nice and pleasant there. They make it almost a joy‽ The young lady that took the pics was wonderful, wish I would have got her name. Am gunna call and compliment! D.Byron"

"Front Desk Receptionist. I was referred to come to this location to do some x-rays by my doctor. When I came in, I was waiting in line for a good 5 minutes for the front desk lady (fake blond late 40s/early 50s ) to talk to me because she was "too busy" talking to another employee. They were talking in another language (I am assuming in Persian) and they were just laughing around... When she decided to start working, she asked me to come to her with an attitude. She was unhappy and did not even feel like she wanted to enter my info to their system. She was trying to give me lessons on how we should provide her our info and making fun of my handwriting... She made me very uncomfortable since the first couple of words we exchanged. I have never had such a bad interaction with someone in this industry like that. I feel very bad for the elderly people that come to this location and have to deal with such a behavior from the first person they see once they step in. I really hope that the people in charge try to address this issue and at least train her properly on how to talk to people. Side Note: Everyone else was great, respectful and polite. I would have given this place 5 stars if I did not feel violated by that lady."

"Some of the ladies working at the front are very rude. This has happened a couple times that they are snappy and just plain unhappy. Every time I have been greeted the 2 working at the immediate window have been rude and snappy. The others working at the other windows have been nice and wonderful. Just wondering what happened to the compassion? I get people are “overworked”. But being rude to patients is just unacceptable. Many of the people coming in are here for a reason because they don’t feel well, they don’t need any extra hassles by the people who are being paid to help them . Just bothers me."
