"Very poor customer sevice. People with appointments had to wait if not checked in before appointment and were put on the 'wait list' as if they did not have an appointment. When the staff was asked a question, they were just told... you're on the list without asking their name. Over 2 hour wait for appointments. Would not help even with the simplest test needed."

"I had a really great experience here with the phlebotomist Parnaz today. She was so sweet, understanding, and patient with me throughout my test for gestational diabetes where I had to have my blood drawn 3 times within a 2 hour period. I’ve known myself to faint in the past and for this test i needed to fast beforehand so I was extra nervous but she detracted me during the blood draw + was extremely quick and gentle! I will be requesting her in the future and so grateful for her making this intimidating process go so smoothly so me. Thank you Parnaz!!"

"We had an appointment and one of the orders did mot go thorough. Instead of sending is home a staff member did everything in his power to make sure that they are able to get everything done. He took a verbal order and proceeded to draw the labs needed. Thank you Emmanuil for your kindness and amazing customer service."

"Made an apt. Arrived 20 minutes early to check in. Wasn't taken back till 20 minutes past apt time just to have them say they didn't the lab work , their fax machine doesn't work and they don't have a fax machine ( how it can be both, well, that shows the brilliance going on here). Since they lost/couldn't find the workup, it was a choice of waiting another hour for them to get through to the doctor or make a new apt... thanks for the waste in gas guys, this place is a joke."

"I liked it very much! I came without an appointment for the first tests during pregnancy, signed up at the terminal and after a few minutes they called me. The doctor was very polite and kind, seeing that I was afraid to donate blood for analysis, she tried to distract me from the process and was very nice and pleasant. I didn't feel any pain! Thanks a lot!"
