"No one is willing to work at this location. There was no one waiting for appointments and they do not take walk-in. Quest should really evaluate who they hire for the face of their brand. Really disappointed in the service at this location."

"Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. It’s the only place I go for lab testing with an appointment. If you arrive on time or before your appointment, it’s a very short wait before being seen. They are always very accommodating if I need something special."

"I had an early appointment today at 7:20 at Quest Diagnostics at 7423 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael, CA 95608 - for some blood tests and an H. pylori breath test. When I arrived at the office, I didn't have to wait even a minute — Angelina attended to me right away. I explained to her that I have very tiny veins, so she used a butterfly and drew blood without any pain. She found a vein on the first try. No pain and no stress. She was very professional and gentle. I definitely recommend Angelina in this office."

"I’m a caregiver and was asked to go pick up a sample cup for the lady I care for after work since they close at 3. I was told (by the doctor) I would just need to walk in and let them know I was picking up for a patient and I’d be handed the sample cup to bring home. The ONE lady working informed me that I would need to check in and that they handle everyone in order, and appointments are ahead of everything else- which I do understand but I am just there to pick up a sample cup. I do not understand this business practice at all. No front desk person, just some annoyed techs having to help people use a tablet every time someone comes in, and they can’t use that time to grab a sample cup. Ridiculous. I hope people realize there are better diagnostics services out there."

"Not sure what the problem is with this place, but they do make you wait quite a while even with appointment. Unfortunately, the person who was going to draw my blood was an older woman who was new and didn't know how to work the program and seemed confused even with how much blood to draw! I asked for her manager and requested she draw my blood because I didn't feel safe with the lady who was assigned to me (which by the way had bit of a temper when I asked her questions) but the manager said she couldn't draw my blood, didn't explain why. So I politely asked them to give me back my paperwork and walked out because I did not feel reassured by the lady who was going to draw my blood. All this took an hour of my precious time, will not go there again. They need to be more organized and should not allow a new person to work on their own."
