"Let us start this review by acknowledging that this is an IHOP. We are not basing these review stars off of comparisons to fine dining. That being said, the waitress was incredibly nice, as was the host. The food was what you would expect from an IHOP. And the atmosphere was… Interesting. See pictures. it doesn’t smell fantastic in here, but that might be the other guests."
"A trap! Coffee is $5. Do not go there for any reason. A simple small waffle is $15.00? The owners are simply gauging the customers because of the location of IHOP besides John Wayne Airport. BOYCOTT THIS IHOP UNTIL THE PRICES GO DOWN BY AT LEAST 25%!"
"The staff is so friendly, we were attended Maria and she took care of us. I had the bacon egg Benedict which was cooked well and was tasty. The coffee was fresh and they kept stopping to refill out water."
"Typical IHOP - food is usually pretty good, lots of choices on the menu regardless of if you are looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. My issue with this location is that its not 24 hours! Most IHOP's I thought were 24 hours but this one not being so is a real miss. With hotels near by I would think they would have customers at all hours of the day if they were open past 10pm. As long as you visit during open hours though - I have no issues with this location. My server was very nice and the food was good and hot. Bacon temptation omelet is my recommendation for food item to try - its awesome!!"
"We were stranded at the airport, thanks Breeze Airlines and walked over to eat dinner at IHOP before our AA redeye left. The food was abysmal, I had a cheeseburger and my wife had pancakes. The fries were so bad I ate 2 and stopped. The burger was greasy and just awful. My wife's pancakes were burned and the eggs undercooked as was the bacon. They ran out of Pepsi, not that they gave us refills. I had to remind the waiter 3 or 4 times to get us a refill. The place was not busy at all, no excuse not to check up on customers. I used the bathroom and it was filthy. The toilet looked like someone set off a firecracker in a bowl of chocolate pudding. To top it off, it was super expensive. It is near the airport, but no one is walking over to it for a meal."
